Crinkle Ribbon

We have just received new crinkle ribbon in lots of colors and new colors in the seam binding ribbon. We are so excited to see everyone's projects and Ginger Engler has posted some beautiful creations on her blog. Many of you know Ginger and her daughter from being in class with them at the store. She is always making something pretty and posts her work on her blog Glitter and Roses. Take a peek; it's all very inspiring. Ginger also has the cards pictured from our recent Hallowe'en in Wonderland Class in her September 22 post.

Learning Curve and Whoo-ligans

These two collections from Bo-Bunny just flew off the rack and we immediately reordered when we put them in stock. They are just too cute! We restocked on Friday and even have some new embellishments that we didn't have before in these lines and the Cambridge line. We will soon be getting more of the black tulle petal flowers that were so popular last week. We are so glad you all are having fun scrapping and making cards. We look forward to seeing more of your creations.

Paint Dabbers Restocked and a Tim Holtz Demo

We love these paint dabbers. There are so many colors and the best part...very little mess. We just filled our rack with great colors and we also have the mini misters that T.H. uses in this video. Check it out and come by to visit our display when you get a chance. Mel has some cards out, that use these dabbers, so you can get even more ideas.

Bo Bunny Cambridge

Wow! I love this line of paper and embellishments. The colors and themes are great for guys of all ages and we have seen some awesome girl pages with it as well. Everyone is liking that die cut piece and there are new trims for your pages that are really unique. We have it all put out and on display. Hope to see you soon.

We Got Boxes!!!

Oh boy are we glad to see him! We will be busy putting out loads of goodies, so come by and check out new items from all of your favorites. We may be unloading boxes for a couple of days, by the looks of it. : )

Pyrus is in the House

Pyrus is Basic Grey's new line with rich fall colors and gorgeous graphics of pears, birds, flowers and quilt inspired prints. Oh my gosh, it just makes you want to grab a sweater and welcome fall with open arms. I can see pumpkin patch, wedding, family, playing in the leaves, jeans and sweaters, Thanksgiving ... and much more on these beautiful papers. Weekend Birthday Crop and the Rockin 80's

Hi Everyone
We have the tunes on the radio and are "jammin" to our favorite music of the 80's. Let the Birthday Crop begin! Check back here for updates and photos of our event. We have received new goodies like Crafty Secrets Vintage Cuts, Maya Road Trinket Pins and Dangling Chandeliers. You will be seeing chandelier crystals on ornaments, cards and layouts this year. Lots of fun stuff to come. We also received new crinkle ribbon in lots of colors yesterday; it makes beautiful bows! Maya Road also sent us chipboard trees and frames, so neat. Even if you did not get signed up for the Birthday Crop, come by to see us and all the new goodies we have in. We have the popcorn machine poppin and great music going.

Photo Op Photography Tip and New Classes

One of the great hidden features on digital cameras is the ability to adjust the flash. Take control of your flash so it flashes when you want it to. Most automatic flash settings will not fire the flash outdoors during the day. Adjusting the flash settings and forcing the flash to fire helps eliminate harsh shadows and helps to properly expose your subject. Want to learn more? We have photography classes for everyone.

Wow, everyone did an amazing job with their banners. This was fun! Maybe we can do banners again sometime. I'm glad we had customers voting. It was a tight race and I would have had a very tough time choosing between them. You guys all are awesome!
